Kelly, Taskbar still locked.

Didn't quite know how to get your attention again but the
regfix I ran didn't do anything. I restarted after
application just to be safe but the option is still greyed
out. Any other ideas.

Sorry Kelly,
I'm a newbie to these newsgroups.... didn't know the
protocols. The fix you recommended was #243 to restore the
greyed out lock/unlock taskbar function. I ran it but it
didn't do anything. I'll stick to THIS thread from now on
to avoid any further confusion.

#128 did the trick. Taskbar lock/unlock option is
