Keeps waking from sleep

My new Dell has vista Ultimate on it and I can't get the sleep function to
keep it asleep for more than a few minutes. Last night I turned off the
hybred sleep function and it actually stayed off for about a 1/2 hour
instead of just a few minutes. I have went to the device manager to do the
network thing but found mine wasn't turned on. Any other ideas?

You might try executing
powercfg /lastwake
at a command prompt, it might say what hardware (not software) caused the
wake
