I use outlook 2003 with exchange 2003, recently I have noticed that my
signature gets lost, because my profile for an unkonw reason get backup
everytime I logoff and login. Example my profile is FJacson, next day after
logon,I if I check my profile under outlook there is My original FJacson,
but several bakup copies (Backup of Fjacson). Does anybody know why this
happens.

Thanks in avance for your help.

Ask your administrator whether they're forcing Outlook to create a new profile every time.

It has to do with the way they've configured Windows with or without mandatory profiles or deployed Outlook with the ImportPRF registry value or a command-line switch to create a new profile.

Thanks for the input, I have talked to them(Admins) and they use cmw files to
custumized the installation of outlook. If there may be a seeting that they
left out or enable that makes the profiles to be backup everytime when I
logoff and and logon, also the text wrap when replying/forwarding messages is
not working, and this happens with all the emails I get. If you have any
suggestion I will appreciaed them. Thanks in advance.

They're processing a .cmw file every time you log on? If that's the case, then they may have set the mail profile settings such that you can't avoid getting a new mail profile every time, which will always cause you to have no autosignature.

I'd suggest that you start a new thread about the text wrap problem, which probably is unrelated.
