Keeping two drives synchronised - HDD and CF

Hi,

I have on HDD (c:\) and one CF (d:\) as backup copy in case harddrive fails.

Is there some way I can, automatically or manually, keep the two drives up
to date, in case the user changes settings etc. on main drive, how can I
make sure the backup drive CF is "up to date"?

Is there some XP tools, or other tools for example that I can run from my
Application perhaps ?
