Keeping outlook contacts sync'd

I have one laptop with Outlook 2007, one desktop with Outlook 2007,
and one desktop with Outlook 2003. I use all of these machines daily.
I would like to have the contacts list for each install automatically
sync up when my laptop is joined to the network/workgroup. Is this
possible? Thanks.
