keep reports wysiwyg when e-mailing them.

when I try to save a report to my hard drive, so that I
can e-mail them.
I loose the lines and other formatting.

is there something I can do to keep the look of the report
(as it is in the print view)

The only way to preserve all the formatting is to send it in Microsoft
Snapshot Viewer format. Anyone receiving the email would have to have
Snapshot Viewer in order to open it.

One other option is to save it as a PDF file that can be opened with Adobe.
You can download a free PDF writer at www.cutepdf.com . Yeah, I know it is
a silly name. My boss just told me about it yesterday. It is pretty cool.
Basically looks like a new printer that you can print to, but saves the fiel
as PDF.
