Keep losing scroll wheel with Logitech mouse.

For some reason, since I upgraded to XP, I will lose the ability to scroll
with the mouse wheel with no apparent reason. It may work fine for days or
weeks, and suddenly just stop. A reboot is all that fixes it. Latest
drivers, SP1, etc.

Your mouse driver might be conflicting with another driver like your sound
card or video card drivers. It might not show in the device manager, but
sometimes it still happens. Once it happened to me that whenever I played
music on my system, my keyboard and mouse stopped working after sometime. It
took some driver updates to fix the problem.
