keep getting Error message cant send or recieve email

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.wmhci.org', Server:
'mail.wmhci.org', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I just set up this email and have not been able to send or recieve
anything. I do not have a firewall on.

Is that Wyandot Center? That's not your email server . . . .check with your
IT folks for how to set up your email . . . .

Wmhci.org is not an ISP. As such, it is doubtful that they would offer
advanced mail settings. Try the default mail settings:
Port 110 for the incoming (POP3) server, uncheck the SSL option.
