T Tim Meddick Aug 22, 2009 #5 Not with "native" Window's settings, but it can be accomplished easily with this small [free] program called NirCmd.exe. The command for keeping a window on top at all times is : nircmd.exe win settopmost title "My Program" 1 ....you would replace "My Program" with what appears in the "Title-bar" (at the top of the program's window).
