Keep a window on top?

How can we make a window to stay always on top?
Actually, I am so bugged when reading tutorials in one window and have to
minimize it to work in another window...So each window I step in, becomes
the top one and hides the other window.....
This becomes especially boring when you want to learn a software from its
HTML
tutorial in IE...you have to minimize each window for your work ,go to the
other one, then minimize it , and then the whole mass over and over
again.......

Is there anyway in XP to keep a window always on top..(like task Manager
window)?

Any help is much regarded

You could use the windows in their un-maximized state and then resize them
by holding the cursor over the edge and dragging. Resize them so you can see
both all the time.
Or right click on the task bar and choose: tile windows horizontally or tile
windows vertically.

Other than that the program itself has to be coded to have the always on top
option. If it wasn't coded that way, then I don't know of anyway to keep it
on top.

Unfortunatly, This has to be coded into the program itself. It's not
something that Windows controls.
