Keep a document window always on top of other windows?

How do I set a document in Word 03 so that its window is always on top of
other windows on my desktop?
 
You'll need to find a third party utility that allows you to set Window
order. Try Google.

Thank you very much for your valuable answer. I have been trying to find
this out for some time -- I think Microsoft should provide a feature for
doing this.
