Lately I keep getting the following 2 messages when I do
a shut down:
44C6FB81-KBDWNDCLS-B4F7-11d.....(can't see the rest)(I
click end now) then comes
KBD.EXE Not Responding (I click end now) then it goes
through, I assume, a normal shut down pattern and goes
down.
Today I ran the PC doctor and the Network Test
Communication Failed: Message....Could not communicate
with remote host_EVENT:85_8.
I am a novice user (over 50). What can I do to fix this
problem. The modem test results were: No Modem
found_EVENT:90_31. How can this be when I am connected?
Thanks.

I went to the webmaster site. Very interesting but I
don't understand what to do. I have an HP pavilion f50
with a keyboard model 5181. How do I find (and how do I
install it) the correct driver to replace the corrupt
KBD.EXE? Remember I am a NOVICE! Thanks
