KB932246 Fails

Using Vista Ultimate...

KB932246 seems to be "stuck" in Windows Update hell. It's listed as
"pending" and after multiple other updates, never goes past that. So I
downloaded the Stand Alone update for it, which informed me that it
didn't apply to me. Of course the error code has no answer on the MS
website, 80242014.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
