Has anyone experienced long pauses before the logon screen after installing this update? I am currently seeing pauses in excess of 60 seconds after installing this update. I should also add that this has been done on multiple PCs and seeing the same results

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Disable automatic updates, I have - so long as you have a
decent firewall, you shouldn't need them. There's been an
enormous number of posts in many newsgroups about
problems experienced after installing these 'security
updates', there's even been some patches for the updates!
Maybe outsourced programmers in third world countries
are writing third world software ;-)
