Where can I download this patch?? The Windows catalog
server no longer lists it. I assume it did before and
must have been pulled or recalled.

Does anyone know where I can download this hotfix for
KB818043 - L2TP NAT-Traversal patch for Windows XP SP1.

Follow the directions in the Knowledge Base article for searching the
Windows Update catalog. Search for "818043" instead of "KB818043" and
you'll find the fix.
