Thank you for posting!
I suspect that Kazaa need access HKEY_Local_Machine registry key or some
system folders and then got Access Denied, so it cannot finish the download
program.
You may use RunAs command to start the Kazaa in Administrator account if
you want.
I cannot access
www.kazaa.com here, you may visit their web site to see if
there is any information is helpful.

| I know this is off topic somewhat but I have a question about Kazaa. I

| privileges on my computer. In a limited account it simply doesn't work
