Kazaa Plus NOSOUND

I have only had Kazaa Plus for almost a month and used to have Kazaa Lite. I
can download files fast but when I try to play them back they won't. It
appears that they are playing but there is no sound. I tried to get help from
Kazaa and they said I am missing codecs but I have installed the latest ones
also and still no sound. I Paid for Kazaa 29.95 for a year and now it doesn't
work. Is anyone else having a similar problem and what should I do to get my
money back? PLEASE HELP!!!!

first of all try and find out if you have a load of spyware with kazaa. it
was renowned for it and causing probs. Use adaware se from lavasoft to scan
for spyware, then delete it.
