Kaspersky shuts itself off

Hallo Everybody,

I have Windows Vista on my PC and use

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0

I also have Spyware Doctor.

One time I forgot by booting a floppy in mydisc drive.


Kaspersky reported in a window certain dump files have to be sent to them.

I ckicked on SEND but the window always came again and again with
Kaspersky shutting itself off

I had no other choice but deinstall Kaspersky because one cannot work
properly.

Can anybody help?
