Just installed a Microsoft bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and while they work
fine with Windows the MB will not recognize any mouse or keyboard at bootup.
For me to get into BIOS I have to plus a PS2 keyboard in. Legacy USB is
enabled. Any ideas...

What connector does the mouse and keyboard use to the computer?

If it's a bluetooth wireless device to a base station thats USB, then
it's a USB mouse/keyboard and should work.

It's really strange. Tried everything I can think of but to no avail. Even
doublechecked all the settings in BIOS (with the help of a ps2 keyboard) and
they are all correct. In Bios under USB connections, it says no devices
found... Strange help..

I hope you read the Google posting that Ben gave you. It is
hilarious, and likely spot on.

Basically, the author of that posting is explaining that the Microsoft
hardware is crap. That sounds like a reasonable explanation.

If you want some fun, run this tool:
http://www.srigc.com/download/usbview.exe

That tool will attempt to list what USB devices are connected.
Click items on the left, and view the enumeration info on the
right. It is the only decent tool I know of (so far) for
examining USB under Windows.

It works fine in Windows. Its just that they are not recoginzed when
starting up. Microsoft said ASUS has not included Bluetooth support in
their BIOS. Who knows...
