Justify Text in Textbox

Hi,

I see another thread on this, but I have tried using distribute to justify
the text in my report. What happens is that the last line is spread out too
much, but more annoying if I try to resize the box it chops off the last
letter or two on the right side. I have tried everything.

I even tried putting the text from the last line in its own text box and
left justifying that. The result is that the original textbox is thrown off.

I tried taking a snapshot of the text in word and pasting it into the
report, but it is too fuzzy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

As you found the way justification works in Access makes it completely
unusable.

Hi Allen,

Thanks for your response. I have something even more bizarre. I designed the
report and when you view it on the screen it looks like a mess. When I print
it or my boss prints it it is a mess just like what is on the screen, but
when two other people in the office print it out the report is perfect and
perfectly justified.

Could it have to do with the versions?

Have not seen that odd behavior, but then I don't use Justify so my
experience won't help.

It may be that you will need to learn a bit more before you can use
Stephen's solution.
