Recently, I get a message that I need to debug from Just
in Time, and I can't turn off the message without
disconnecting from my server (AOL). Seems to happen
during email messages. I never saw this in the two years
I owned the computer. What is it? Is it safe? How can I
turn it off? Thanks.

I did a Google search and there seems to be some software out there called a
"Just-in-Time Compiler." Do you do JAVA programming on your machine? The
probelm appears not to originate within Windows.

That's the java virtual machine. Control panel>internet options>advanced>uncheck
JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled. Reboot and then go back and put the
check back in. Reboot again and it should clear up. If not, something is amiss
with your jvm.
