Kill the pop under:
1. It makes people leave.
2. I browse at 800 by 600 so the bottom was off the screen therefore I couldn't read it.
And since I couldn't resize it I had to maximize it. So once maximized and read, I clicked the X to
close and since my mouse was already there I clicked the X and closed the home page also.

Too wide for 800/600 you need to knock your banner image down to under 750px, right now it's like 840 which will cause viewers with low res to have to scroll left/right.

More betta :-)

Now...check your fonts...from a design standpoint you don't want to be switching between fonts. Having a different font for emphasis, like heading or buttons is ok, but don't switch horses mid-stream on other stuff.

Looks good.
