I was just browsing over on the WCG Team forum. There is a thread there about the annual Christmas Race, but Vaio has made a good suggestion about having a race for smaller teams. Just wondered whether we could maybe support him on that one? There must be lots of smaller teams (with numbers similar to our's) who could also join in the fun?

I'll go along with that.

We are truly a small team now as the number of active crunchers has plummeted recently. Just possibly, although I doubt it, a competition might bring back some of the old crunchers.

... I was sort of thinking that we could maybe back up Vaio and his idea for creating a race for the smaller teams. This is what he posted:

Maybe if a few teamies registered interest - and hopefully a few folk from other smaller teams too, it would help it happen. It's just a bit of fun, of course, but makes it a bit more interesting if like-sized teams were competing with each other.

But no worries, you never know, perhaps a few "wandering crunchers" will come and join us and give us a bit of a boost
