junk mails

Not sure if this is the right word but how do you get rid of these mails
coming into my mail box that are nothing but disgusting. Over the night
100-125
came in during the 6 months. Is there anyway of blocking them as they change
their name and address nearly everytime. I tried the blocking and seeing the
mails oin my junk mail folder. Please help me!!!!

Never put your real email address in newsgroups, never give it to people
you do not know well, never send "E greeting cards" and DO NOT "Forward"
emails (Jokes etc) with a whole list of former recipients in them. Once
your email address becomes known or "Harvested" by one spammer they will
all get it.

Give email address only to good friends and legitimate businesses. Ask
your Internet Provider for a new email address (Or a second one for
private use). Advise friends not to "Forward" email but instead to copy
and paste the content into a new email so they do not copy all the
previous recipients.
