Junk mail filters

Is there a way to modify the junk mail filter in outlook? My outlook 2002
is putting mail in the junk mail folder that is not junk mail. I have
deleted all of the manually added "junk mail addresses" but this didn't
help. Basically, outlook is deciding that certain emails are junk when they
are most certainly not.

Have you added the addresses to the Exception List.TXT file (I think that's
the name of the file) that aren't spammers?

Well, I have looked high and low and can not find any file as you speak of.
I find the "junk mail" text file but it is now empty as I deleted all the
addresses I previously had there trying to fix this little problem. If
someone can guide me in the right direction it would be a big help.
