Junk mail filter stopped working! HELP

[Mimi]

Until about a week ago almost all junk mail was going to my junk mail folder
but then about a week or two ago it stopped and now I get approx. 50-75 junk
mails a day right into my inbox. Only 1-2 actually go to the junk mail
folder now. My junk mail filter is still set at high so why is it doing
this? ARGH
