I have two clients using Windows 2003 with terminal services, and Office 2003
installed. Sometime after an update in November (at least for one client;
for the other, I can't determine the date this problem started) their junk
mail filter in Outlook quit working for all users. There is no Exchange
server, just POP3 accounts, and each user is running Outlook 2003 within a
terminal session.
I've tried repairing Office 2003, and I can't re-install some of the updates
because they say they've already been installed. I've looked at forums and
tried Outlook Spy (didn't help) and checked folks' "safe recipients" lists,
which are empty.
Any other suggestions?
