Junk mail fails with custom rules!

This is something's that seems trivial yet I think is a serious problem.
I have created several custom rules (to move messages to different folders,
depending on which account they came from)
and guess what, when these rules are turned on, I get SPAM! the junk mail
filter does not work.
It seems like the custom made user rules have precedence over the junk mail
filter! and I have no Idea on how to change this....anyone have any ideas?

That seems to be the case alright! You would think their spam filters
would run BEFORE my folder sorting rules!!!!

Microsoft ARE YOU LISTENING!!??

Also, Microsoft while you're busy fixing that, why not add a "Add
sender's domain to blocked sender's list"

It would save me editing the damn txt file every damn day!!!

They fixed it in 2003. However if you accidentally get an e-mail
sender without a valid address in the junk filter, it gets filtered
and your rules never get at it. And I can't find out how to remove
sender without valid addresses from the junk filter!

Probably not in this newsgroup, as it's not an official support channel.
Send your request to (e-mail address removed).
