junk mail deletion

for some reason i cannot open my 'Junk mail' folder to check what's
'arrived'. I can't open to delete them either , a mesage comes up ;Service
Unavailable - Zero size object
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again
later.

Every time i rfresh the page - a different reference nO comes up every time-
any ideas??
 
Windows XP doesn't include a 'junk mail' folder.

If your question refers to the 'Junk E-Mail' folder in Microsoft Outlook,
ask your question in a newsgroup for Outlook. For example:
news://microsoft.public.outlook.general.

If your question is about third party software, please contact that
program's technical support group.
