JUNK MAIL...CANNOT SEE SUBJECT OR "FROM" POST IN MY JUNK MAIL

Please answer me in plain English. I am very bad at PC terminology. I
cannot read from where my junk mail comes. The "from" and "subject"
information on many, not all, junk mail is blank.

Sounds like it comes from spammers who don't like to use the usual
fraudulent return addresses when they send spam, so they send it with
no return addresses at all. Also, they may not have enough imagination
to come up with a subject line that makes people want to open their
mail.

To see more information about the messages, display the header by
hitting the Ctrl key and the F3 key of your keyboard at once. Don't
expect to understand much of it, though.

That is a common obfuscation method used by spammers.
Why do you want to see what isn't there? Just delete it.

Are the From and Subject columns missing or blank?
If they're blank that is not uncommon. There's nothing wrong on your
machine.
