junk email folder SHOULD NOT have a default preview pane

I just checked my junk email folder and it had a default preview pane. One
of the recommendations for eliminating the spread of computer viruses IS NOT
using the preview panes, isn't it? So the folder that is supposed to hold
unsolicited spam has this feature????

the preview pane is quite safe. if you use an older version of outlook, web
bugs are a problem (but they aren't a virus), but not with Ol2003.

see http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2004/up040204.htm#preview for more
information.
