Junk email folder in Office 2003 Outlook

Hi ... I am using Office 2003 Outlook , When I recieve emails that end up in the junk email folder is there any ways to set up this junk email folder as to when ever I delete emails from this folder it would be deleted altogether ? In other words , If I delete a email from the junk email folder it will go into the delete folder , Is there any ways of this not to happen ? Were it will be deleted completely off my Outlook program ? Thanks
