Junk email filtering

I get alot of junk email addressed to vwelch****@seniorpc.com (my domain
name- **** are any additional characters after vwelch and it keeps changing).
I would like to create a rules filter that blocks or deletes any message
addressed to or cc: to vwelch**** but when I create a filter with vwelch*
(where * is a wildcard character), it does not block these messages. Does
anyone know if this type of wildcard is allowed and if so, why it does not
work. Also, can anyone suggest
another way to block or delete these messages using the Outlook email filter?

I setup to block all @seniorpc emails, except mine own. This appears to have improved (reduced) the amount of junk email (goes to junk email folder) but has not completely eliminated it. All of the email which comes through indicates "returned", "mailer-daemon", or "permanent fatal error" , "etc." (see copy of message at the end of this post). Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at host.domian.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
