Junk Email Filter

I have Outlook 2002, and have been trying for over an hour to find the
"organize" toolbar to enable this feature. It is not under tools, or any of
the icons on my toolbar. Am I going crazy???

Usually, it looks like a partial square with little squares broken off of it
or being added to it. It should appear on the Tools menu, if it hasn't been
removed. Make sure you're not using friendly menus (that show only the most
often used entries, but that have a down-arrow at the bottom, which you can
click to see all entries). Right-click the toolbar, choose Customize, then
the Commands tab, and click the Tools category. Does it appear in the
right-hand pane? If so, drag it to whatever toolbar you wish.
