junk email filter will not install

I downloaded the above junk email eilter and on install I get the following
error.
Error 2902 an internal error has occured ixfassembly copy.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Run a detect and repair from Microsoft Outlook (Open Outlook and click
on the Help Menu and then select detect and repair). Once completed,
install the update.
