I am refused with:
Product: Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 -- Error 2902. An
internal error has occurred. (ixfAssemblyCopy ) Contact
Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. For information
about how to contact PSS, see C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\PSS10R.CHM.

I already have Office 2003 SP1 installed.

Do a repair on Office and try again. It is caused by the filter update that
was released before August 5.
