junk email comes with slight variations

Is there a way to control these emails that continually change the senders name
 
Version of Outlook? blocking mail by sender is a poor way to filter junk -
you'll be better off using a real junk filter.

Filter on something that doesn't change. Perhaps some text in one of the
headers, the body, or the subject would be a better target.
