Junk e-mail has stopped appearing, folder has red dashed circle

My junk email yellow folder has a red circle with a diagonal dash and the
junk e-mails have stopped appearing. Can anubody help me restore it to normal
functions? My junk mail filter is set to high.
 
The junk mail folder should have the international symbol for "NO" - circle
with diagonal line.

Are you sure you are receiving junk e-mail? If yes, where is it going?
