JUNK E MAIL FILTERS

I received kind advice from Brian Tilman on blocking junk; he refers to 'Safe
Lists only under 'Junk Mail Filters on Outlook 2003. I cannot trace these
tools on Outlook Express 6, can anyone out there thell me the rout on Outlook
Express 6 to find them?
