Is there anyway to reset this filter as if I were starting from scratch? I
continue to have a problem with receiving emails from a couple of users who
were designated as junk long ago. One of the MVPs here assisted me, and after
trying everything he suggested, the problem continued. So, I'd like to start
from scratch if possible.
