Junk e-mail filter in Outlook 2003

Often a legitimate message from Yahoo! Antivirus
protection goes into the Junk Mail folder. When I open the
folder, I highlight the message, then click on Not Junk.
Then a message appears telling me the email is being moved
to the Inbox and also says something that indicates that
they will always trust email from that source. There's a
box with a check mark in it. Of course, I go to the Inbox
and then delete the message.

I use an excellent email filter for Outlook (Cloudmark)
and it catches 99% of the Spam, but for some reason that
particular Yahoo message keeps on going to the Outlook
Junk mail filter, so they certainly don't always trust
it. How can I stop this from occurring?

You are not very clear in your case; is it the Cloudmark spam-filter that
catches the mail or is it the Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter that catches
it?
