"junk e-mail" appears in the subject of my emails.

It's been two days now that in our company many of the incoming email
messages show the words 'junk e-mail' before the subject. All this regardless
of the level of junk protection -we set it to low and we still got the same
problem.
This happens ALWAYS if we send an email with no subject (in this case the
subject line will read 'Junk e-mail No Subject' but it happens also sometimes
when we do put a subject and in this case the subject would be 'Junk e-mail
This is the subject of the mail...'
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Do you think it could be part of the
july update of Outlook?
Thanks
