Junk E-mai Folderl?

I have been receiving up to 150 junk emails on a daily basis and have now
decided to change my Junk Mail settings to High but not delete them
instead... send them to the Junk E-mail folder, but nothing seems to go
there, it still arrives in my Inbox.
I am using Outlook 2007, can someone please help me?

What type of mail server?
What is on the Safe Recipients list?

Uhhhh. Good? Since I didn't give an actual solution (I can think of two
common possibilities), I'm not sure what sorted what.
 
It was what was in the Safe Recipients list, I removed it and everything
seems to work as per normal
I just needed a area to look in and you gave me that answer.
