Select the Drop Down Form Field, then under properties set the frame target. Depending on your
version of FP the field may appear grayed out, but you can still set the value.

The only place I can change the target frame is the page properties, and I
already did that.

No, I meant the Frame Target field under the form field dialog.

I'm usually not this confused, but for this task I am. Is it possible you
can give me a step by step tutorial on how to do this? My e-mail is
(e-mail address removed), and I am using Frontpage 2003.

Thanks in advance.

Not at this time, as I do not have access to FP2003 at the current time.
