Jump Drive doesn't show up

When I insert a jump drive it does not show up on my computer.

I have a hard drive on C, a CD-ROM drive on D, and the next assigned
letter for a network drive is L.

diskmgmt.msc shows it as E, but it is not available through My
Computer or Windows Explorer.
