Jukebox freeware

Hi all,

I would like to set up an old pc (P166 with 32MB RAM) as a jukebox to
use at an upcoming party. Is this machine up to it?

Also, is there any freeware that would make this usable for non computer
type people ie. For those who are clueless on how to click on anything,
to be able to select songs to go in a queue to be played?

I haven't had much to do with music and computers and am not too sure
about the freeware I've found via google (spyware, safety, system hogs etc.)

Thanks for yoru time

You might want to download and give the QCD music player at
www.quinnware.com a try.
I have not tried it yet myself but since it runs on W95 on up to XP it might
just fit on the machine you want to run it on.

The June issue of PC Pro claims the program has no spyware or ads and best
of all it's totally free.

Foobar2000

Easy on resources heavy on features. I suggest the "Special" install which
will give you most every feature.
