jpg drop-down menu

Due to registry problems, I had to reload Windows 98SE and
all its adjuncts. My prior version of IE6 had the
rows "zoom in" and "zoom out" on a drop-down menu that
would appear upon right-clicking a Webpage jpeg image.
These rows do no appear on my reloaded IE6. How can I get
them?

with IE5, 5.5 and 6.
