JPG Display in Forms

Dirk

I have Access 2000 installed as part of Office 2000 Premium. All filters
are installed. I'm very new to Access.

I'm trying to make a simple database of collectible Disney pins with a
picture of each pin. If I insert a bmp file as an OLE in a field, the image
displays in forms view. If I insert a jpg file, I just get the name of the
file and have to double click for it to open in a Windows XP display.

Is there a way the jpg can view automatically, as well as print out when I
print a report? Even then, the report prints the bmp file, but not the jpg
file (just the name).

alternaively, any suggestions on how to convert jpgs to reasonably sized bmp
files?

Thanks, Dirk

sounds logical. In case I can't figure it out, can you give me a little
more guidance on how to make the connection? Is it within access, or is it
the Windows XP file association window?
