JPG / BMP pictures from WMM Movie

Hello,

Somebody can help me to get JPG or BMP pictures from the Movie file or
Project file?

They are not in the project file.... the project just links to the source
files.

You can either use the source files... or take snapshots from a saved movie.
The quality of the source files is usually higher.
