Up until I installed the SP2, any e-mail I received from eBay and other
sites could include a thumb nail photo of the item. Since I installed the
SP2 the jpegs won't display and have the "empty box with the X" area. Is
there a setting or option I have to change to see thumb nail attachments?
Thanks!

Even,

This is a security setting introduced in Windows XP Service Pack 2. Read
